Examining all inputs resulting from the War on Terror, the Department of Defense has proposed a new assault weapon that is internet ready. The carbine is an adaption of the popular m4 with various improvements that allow Congress, the National Command Authority, Supreme Court, the top 25 Land Grant Universities, American Civil Liberties Union, World Health Organization, World Council of Churches, United Nations, Council of non-aligned Nations, and those with a premium Washington Post subscription to review the sight picture and vote on the shot based upon the rules of engagement, geopolitical situation and the potential for a wound rather than a killing shot. Once all voting parties have been polled, the decision is made electronically allowing the trigger group to be actuated by the shooter.

That almost looks like some of the stuff I see guys wagging out to the gunrange anymore! :D

Heck, I still see enough empty rail-slots for there to be multiple microphones and video cameras added for CNN (Communist News Network) to do live interviews of the intended target and take an audience poll on their opinion, shoot, don't shoot.

All kidding aside, that photo op took some real creativity in hanging all that hardware. Good job!
