Welcome to the forum Larry. Rules are simple, be nice and join in.

As for your question, no I havn't tried those sights. I did put a set of fire sights on one of my 10-22's and did like those.

I'm at the point now where I'm pretty much got to use optics to shoot well, darn eyes are going down the tube with the rest of this old body.

Nice thing about a 10-22 is there's enough aftermarket goodies available to do just about anything you could want with one. Saw an outfit at a gunshow this summer that mounted two of them side by side and made a small gatling gun out of them.

I've went to a bolt action 22 both for the sake of safety with my grand daughters and the fact I hunt with a bolt action rifle. It gives me better practice having the same kind of action for both.

Again welcome to the forum Larry.

Great sights, and excellent quality design and manufacture. My only complaint is that they raise the sight plane such that maintaining a consistent cheek weld with the factory stock requires some getting used to. However, they are a great upgrade, and for the shooter used to service type aperture sights, they are very intuitive.

God bless,
