I know some of this may seem obvious to you and some things are to me but give me your feedback on this any way please.
these are the facts of what and how I loaded ;
.32 win. spl. 175 gr. RN cast [Lee mold for 8 mm ]
cast bullets miced at .324,I did not resize-I did not lube
Alloy-No.2 alloy-4# lino 5# pure lead[no-o#- added tin]
slugged bore .322
30 Gr. IMR 3031 in Fed. 30-30 full length sized cases -Win.WLR primers
neck opened up to .323 with 8mm button to avoid shaving lead[They chambered fine]
I crimped them in a Lee 30-30 factory crimp die just enough touch to crimp I did not go heavy on the handle and they looked good ,not to deep.
rifle -1953 vintage Marlin 336 in .32 win.spl. in excellent condition with mint bore- Ballard rifling Williams FP sights[peep]
Target 6" flourescent circle at 50 m
accuracy with jacketed bullets 1.5 in.
accuracy with cast bullets NONE! all over the target 12" + group
Jacketed loads were 170 gr. Speer SPFN with32 Gr.IMR 3031
in new full length sized cases ignited by Win.WLR primers crimped with the seating die.
let me hear it please because the rifle should do the job so it's obviously my loading technique thanks.Shootrj2003  :(

You're at the maximum load for a cast bullet in that weight and caliber. Most cast bullets don't respond well when loaded to the max.

You never mentioned - did you have a lot of leading in the bore from these loads?

Did you use a gas checked bullet?

Would suggest you back off the throttle down to minimum, get the bullets gas checked and start over, working up in .5 gr increments to try to find the sweet spot.

You may have to try other powders to get the best results. Be patient - it takes a while to get accustomed to shooting cast bullets and in finding their accuracy potential.

You need some high friction lube when pushing cast bullets to these velocities.

All Lead bullits require lube, and your use of the 30-30 crimp die might have brought your bullit dia. down to as low as .308" . Check your barrel, and you will find it full of lead, where the bullit left a good bit in the groovs, Try cleaning your bore, and slugging it to find the bore diameter. Size to .001-.002 over groove dia and lube, and your problems should be solved.

It sounds like you are trying to shoot cast bullets without lubrication and without a gas check. At the load you are using, which should be fine for a gas checked and lubricated bullet, it would not be a surprise to have no accuracy.
The diameter is less important, and I believe that the load you are using should also be fine.
Try again with a gas check and lubricated bullet, but clean the barrel first to remove any leading.
Good luck.

Ok, Thanks for all the advice gents,I ordered a Lee lube sizer [.323 w/ alox]And in the future will crimp with the .32 win.spl.seating die[doh!!] and I will also order gas checks and I just got back off the road so I'll give it a good cleaning but I think it's not bad off that way.I'll back the load off to 28 gr.and work back up.I guess I try to rely on the K.I.S.S.system to much!!
