Could someone tell me about this gun?

Not sure when they started making the 94 in this cal. But AE is angle eject as you might know, I prefer the old top eject.

Anyway, the 7-30 is based on the 30-30 Winchester. The shoulder is moved forward allowing for more powder capacity and it is necked down to 7mm. Pretty simple. Not a bad cartridge especially for deer and the like.

7-30 Waters is very popular here in West tTxas. I have two friends who have them - 1 a 24" rifle and the other a 20" carbine. Both hunters think theirs is best!
I have seen a few TC's out here, both pistol and carbine. We see brass on the ground every once in awhile and I think that is a sure sign of popularity.
The 7-30 works well on our deer and pigs. The lighter bullets give low recoil with better accuracy - in general - than the .30-30 with light bullets - that may start a discussion!

What would this gun be worth? It's in 90% or better condition.
