alright im new here and im trying to figure out what kind of rifle i have. I know its a .22 but thats all. no make or anything on it. bolt action style and has a spot for a clip but no clip of course. here are some pics of it. let me know if you need any other pics.

Welcome to the forum ZeroRain. Rules are simple, be nice and join in. I don't know what kind of 22 that is but it looked like it has an interesting peep sight on it at one time.

I'm going to move this to the 22 rifle section for you.

Sure looks like an old Winchester I inherited from my grandpa, except for the magazine. It's a single shot, pull back on the back of that rear handle to cock it, the bolt works the cartridge in and out...

that magazine well looks "exactly" like the one on my Savage Sporter Model 23AA, which was built around 1936, give or take a few years.

It looks just like my Springfield model 84 made by J Stevens Arms.

Savage or Stevens, same thing.
