The odd and unusual make up my collection. I've got a double barreled percussion pistol. Small hammers, back locks that are case colored, double triggers, .49 caliber smooth bore. Has 8" barrels. Overall length is 14". All iron furniture. The nipples are up on top. The only markings visible are Liege W. Belgium. The gun is in perfect condition and I have fired it with ball and 15 grains FFFG. The stock is a half stock style with the old curved grip. I'd like to know how common these were ,how old, and if it has any collector value. This pistol came from an old estate auction in St. Louis Mo. many years ago.
