Hey guys,
Anyone know where to fnd a really great belt for conceal carry on line or in store. 1 1/2" wide at least, maybe 1 3/4" reinforced so it won't turn, buckle, slip or slide when carrying full size pistols in 45, 10mm or 40. Usually with a Fobus paddle, sometimes leather. Sometimes left sometimes right.
Let me know if you guys have a great source for a great belt that can handle the job.
Thanks,
Greg

This is a great family own bussiness, with great customer service.. Give them a call to get the leather color/stiching that you want

I'm on my second belt (I out grew the first one.. Wife has it now) I wore the first one every day for 2-3 years and it is still stiff enough tha one can trust it to keep a Kimber CDP up right with your pants are around your knees in the can.

This is also a great place for reasonably priced leather hosters.

Best o luck

Rafter S Gunleather Is Top Quality. I have personally used their product for quite sometime now. I am very pleased with everything of theirs that I own. I show them to others when they come through our CCW class when I am asked what type and brand of belt / holster that is good value and works well. I usually carry some of their holsters in stock in my shop. They are super nice people to deal with. You won't be disappointed.

I make my own very easily. I buy belt blanks of whatever width I want, already cut for a buckle, from Tandy. I use Barge cement and a few stitches to laminate two blanks together for double thickness. I dye them whatever color I want with leather dye, punch holes, add my own buckle, and am ready to go at a fraction of the cost of gunbelts I see for sale online and elsewhere. They work great. Usually, I buy a couple of blanks every time they go on sale, and when one gets worn (which takes a LONG time), I have all I need to whip up a new one.

For more comfort get a belt that is cruved and not straight. I still have my old Bruce Nelson belt that I purchased in 88'. While I don't wear it as much as I used to but it served as my primary belt for 15 years!

+1 for Rafters...great quality. just be real careful when measureing the length, and possibly add an inch if you carry IWB with a kydex holster.

Good advice Malkore. The other thing I've found with the Rafter Belts is they don't have to be squeezing you as tightly as limper belts to still provide support required.

Best of luck
