I am looking for whild hog recipies, is any body willing to share?

Wild hog is still pork - cook it like you would any other pork. Usually has less fat content.

You can check out our website. My wife has some recoomended cooking procedures on her recipes and hints page that work for feral hogs and other wild game.

If its fit to eat (young or sow usually) then a hog is a hog. I've made sausage from them, cooked barbeque and whole pigs.
I've sliced fresh ham, tenderized, dredged in seasoned flour and fried. Its awful good.
Old boars stink and the meat stinks too, to me. I give those away if I get one. If we ever hunt hogs together and I freely give you all the meat, BEWARE.

Amen to that, no boars!
The little pigs fatted on corn are the best eating, but trapping is the best way to harvest them.

Just finished some pork chops from a 275lb. boar.
Don't know if that counts as 'old' or not, but it sure was good!
Send those big pigs my way....

If I could upload one I would!
that would not be too big and old, but I would rather have two small 125 pounders to fatten up

I think the biggest thing is to get them gutted in a timely fashion, and keep them clean while doing so.
Just threw the pork chops on the grill with a little seasoning.....

How do you find people you can give the stinky ones to? :D
Are they like trying to give Sea Ducks away? You usually only get one chance per person? :D
