Umm ... little pig
I wish there was a link here for eating game on this board.
Anyway, I have been thinking about little pig beacon all day. I mean the brand little pig as well as my own little pigs I used to eat so often.
I have hunted hogs for many years, but I must admit, as good as they are, my favorite was trapping all those little pigs and feeding them corn. Ya fatten them up for a few weeks then put them down in a pit of hot coals and mesquite all day then eat!
Now I hear tell that in Missouri the hogs gave a disease, well I never heard of that in Texas. It sounds like left-wing baloney to me?
Maybe we will move back to Texas just to eat some pigs?
I wish I had a little pig to eat. I’m almost out of deer and not liking beef prices, wish I had a freezer full of little pig, all kinds of cuts and some good pork sausage.
