I Have A Ruger 44 Carbine. The Original Stock Has
Cracked In The Tang Area. I Have Tried To Fix It,but
It Keeps Cracking. I Would Like To Go To A Synthetic,
Or Something Similar. Are There Any Companies Out
There That Offers These Stocks For A Gun This Old?

jd I've never seen a synthetic stock for the Ruger 44 mag carbine. It's been out of production for quite a while and when it was in production synthetic stocks were just in their infancy.
Boyds makes a replacement stock in wood for around $72.00 here's the link.

If you can't find a synthetic stock you might try working in some waterproof glue. Usually wood glue is almost as strong as the wood. Might not be the best looking fix but the gun may be useable.
