Is there a powder that really preforms well in your 9.3x62? Please, give me your thoughts.

R-15 is a very popular powder for the 9.3x62. I have used it in my CZ 550 American with great results. However, I have found that Ramshot BigGame out performs R-15 in both accuracy and velocity. BigGame is my powder of choice in my CZ.

Is there a powder that really preforms well in your 9.3x62? Please, give me your thoughts.

Hi Jim,

I just bought a 9.3x62 and have started working on loads. Unfortunately, the weather and my work schedule are currently working against me.

Web research shows RL15 and Ramshot Big Game as great choices for this caliber. I have loads using W748, W760, IMR 4895, IMR3031 and Ramshot Big Game that I'll be trying out as soon as I'm able.

I'll post my results....
