I was thinking of buying either a buckmark camper or the hunter model. Love the stainless camper for its looks, but want to shoot rabbits and squirrels too. Does a 7.25 inch barrel have that much of an advantage over a 5.5 inch barrel?
If it doesn't, I'll buy the camper. If yes, then I'll buy the hunter. Got any suggestions?

If your going to carry this gun in the woods my inclination goes to the shorter barrel. Two inches in a 22 pistol doesn't make much difference in killing power.
If I'm out plinking I take a Ruger MKII with a 6 7/8 inch barrel. If I'm fishing I take the 4 inch barrel revolver, it's much easier to pack.
The longer barrel gives you a little more sight radius which can be easier to shoot more accurately. When your standing there in the shop looking at them which do you really like best. I'd sure go with your gut feelings, after all your the one that's going to have to live with it.

Thanks Fauctteb,
You gave me the answer I was looking for. I liked the camper better. Goin' with those gut feelings. You're right, you gotta live with your choices.
