My old hunting partner bought one of the little Taurus semi-auto's in 40 S&W last month for a carry gun. It's as light as my 38 Special, but bigger in a front pocket.

When we shot it I was really surprised at how easy the recoil was. I don't know what Taurus has done, but it was easier to shoot than my old Smith 4013 Tactical and it only weighs 19 oz empty.

Too bad you can't stuff those shotgun shells into it.
