Does anyone know where an accurate and reasonably priced 15-65-in. torque wrench is available? Thanks. Bill at whwsr3@vyn.midco.net.

Welcome to the forum Bill. Rules are simple, be nice and join in.
You might try Sears. They had a nice inch pounds torque wrench in their tool catalog.

I'll second SEARS, Craftsman makes a couple nice wrenches. I have one at home that was my dad's from the 50's which was re-calibrated once...still works good.
The shooting supply catalogs are listing a torque screwdriver for gunsmithing purposes. Sells for $45 - $50, depending on where you purchase.
Try www.midwayusa.com and look up the FAT wrench.
