Nothing wrong with that Fullchoke. We all are feeling the pinch. I haven't had any factory ammo go thru my guns for years and more and more folks on several forums I'm on are asking about getting into reloading.

I should get into reloading. A few years back I bought a press and some die sets, etc. Illness, then work got in the way. Now that I'm retired I should get serious about it. Too many shooters in the vault for me not to have some fun.

I don't know how I could afford to shoot with rolling my own. Especially the revolvers. I cast up lead I've scrounged and can basically shoot the revolvers for the cost of the primers and powder. Comes pretty close to shooting a 22 long rifle and that's for the 41 and 44 mags.
I just put togather some ammo for a friend that's going to Alaska next week and the cost of his 300 RUM with Nosler bullets worked out at $1.60 per round for the first 50 and $1.00 per round for the second 60 fired on that first case.
Factory for the same bullet was $52.00 per box of 20 and accuracy and velocity was just excellent with the reloads.

That report kind of goes along with a thread we had here over a couple of months this summer in the Handloading Forums:
