I don't have any information on your gun, but suggest you may want to check gun collector's sites. You also may want to post a picture. Your description doesn't have enough information to even guess at the make. If that information isn't on the gun, then a picture offers about the only chance anyone will recognize it.

Details, please. Look for any names, addresses and proof marks. Proofmarks may be stamped under the forend wood, or if it's a break open action, on the lower rear of the barrel. Here's some examples of proof marks.
