For what this handgun is designed to do, a close range defense weapon, it does it well. If you expect standard revolver accuracy at ranges beyond self defense ranges your probably going to be disappointed.
There was a write up with accuracy testing in one of the gun rags in the last month or two.
Keep in mind I'm a Taurus fan, I own a 41 mag tracker and one of their fine ultra-light 38 specials. Both of these are really fine guns and I'd not hesitate to buy another. Just keep in mind that this is not a hunting revolver and the long jump between the bullet and the rifling does not aid accuracy.
I chuckled when I read the Taurus advertisement that indicated their new revolver was named "Judge" based on so many Judges carrying it into their courtroom....my chuckle came from picturing the Judge shooting the 3" .410 from 25 feet or more and getting half the witnesses.??

On the other hand, if it's only the lawyers........
I am also somewhat of a Taurus fan.
After shooting my friends “Judge” I concluded it was a cool novelty gun and not much more than that.
The .410 buckshot we used was all over the place ( >10 feet )and the slugs were difficult to make accurate fast follow up shots.
It’s pretty long and bulky and seemed somewhat antiquated in performance.
I am a .45 fan and would choose a different weapons platform to hide under my robe than this one.
There are a lot of other handguns on the market that would probably better suite Judges to be hiding under their robes.
It’s designed to be used with in 10 feet with .410 000 buck.
Any farther than that and the shot is really starting to take off on you.
I just wasn’t that impressed with it.
