College football starts tonight with LSU vs MSU. A great SEC football game.

I personally can't wait for Saturday. My bulldogs will be taking the field against Oklahoma State at 6:45(pm) on ESPN. I'll be at the tailgate at 7:30(am) grilling sausage and then ribs...mmmm ribs. College football and tailgating is about the only thing that could keep me out of the woods this weekend. Our dove season starts Saturday as well

Just thought I would see if there were any good rivalries out there...anybody?

OK. The mention of dove hunting saves the thread from being erased, but I have to lock it. Most of us enjoy a number of different sports, but the board rules are pretty clear that except for Crosswire, the server space, including the General forum, is only for shooting sports-related posts. This can can include camping and fieldcraft and related activities. Football, alas, doesn't quite get us there, despite its use of a field. Maybe if the whistles were replaced with starter pistols?

I know this was well-intended as a social contact with forum members who share your interest. They can PM you and maybe you all can agree on a sports-related forum to meet on to discuss football related activities?
