can anyone recommend a starting load for the 500 linebaugh using a 525g lfngc bullet? I am trying for something in the 950 to 1050 fps range.

I loaded 505 wfn gas checks with a starting load of 25 grains of 110 and worked up to 27 grains. I dont know if I could have gone higher never tried

I started with 20.5 g of h110 under a 525g wfngc bullet. First results thru the chrono were 1017 avg fps with a max dev of 13 fps. I don't think I make it to the 25g load you started with but will list the loads and vel when I finish test for accuracy. Buy the way, recoil was not unpleasent thru the 5 1/2 in Reeder gun.
