five weeks ago i sent my reciever in to be fitted with a 308 bull.. i called yesterday .. the lady says 9-10 weeks more
for the bull,an did i want the standard barrel. no choice ,i told her yes.. but im starting to not like the company itself..
good management produces good product .. im not seeing a very tight ship from my vantage point.i hope the gun itself will change my mind..if she shoots good 100 and 200 yd groups..ill be a happy customer again..

I have a .308 Ultra with the standard barrel.... and she's a shooter.
1/2" groups at 100 yards, 1.5-2" groups at 200.

i got the 308 barrel.. after playin with it today ,i realised
its gonna take a good 2hundred dollar scope to get the accurracy i need..i cant justify that..
ive got both a savage 30 06 and rem 700 243 that are the way i want them now..so im just gonna shelve this handi project ..or look for a trade for something i need.
well fellas gun season is gettin close, here in carolina ...hope all you guys, got your
stands and such ready..good hunting..
ps i have 4 boxes fed. soft point and 3 boxes winchester
power point.. all really about the same..in .308..[150grn]
that ill trade for 5 boxes of 30 06 winchester power point.
man never gets too much ammunition. :)

it can be very accurate..in my case the 243 in handi got hot,, faster than most guns.the heat also affected accuracy more.. the 308 on the othe hand is just getting warmed up after the same number of rds ,,that would have the 243 too hot.others experiences may differ
