I just pulled a batch of .38s out of my case tumbler. Two of them were unfired. They were loaded with wad cutters seated flush so the fired and unfired are at the same height in the box.

I stood on my back steps and fired them into the ground with my head turned and eyes closed. No problems.

Ken don't feel like your alone, I've a long list that I'm not going to share simply because I don't believe that you older folks could stand the mirth. No telling how many of you I put in the hospital with terminal laughing.

Know what you mean - that would be awfully easy to do unless you glanced at each and every primer.

My big mistake of late was to keep all my rechargable drills and screwdrivers in my gunroom. The room is on the west side of the house and tends to get fairly warm in the summertime. Has it's own wall mounted air conditioner so I don't worry about it too much, as I can cool it down quickly when working in it.

Wanted to clean up some brass necks and primer pockets today and couldn't find one of them holding a charge - even the spare batteries were dead. I could keep them inside the always temp controlled house, but that would be too easy! :D

The room is now cluttered with plugged in recharging stands and spare batteries awaiting their turn.

I will share my latest Boo- Boo;

Trying to beat Mr. Ken last week in the Postal Match I was shooting the 444 and a 45-70. Our range is busy this time of year with hunting seasons starting so there’s lots of B.S. going on. After shooting the 444 I put it back in the rack and picked up the 45-70, setting up on the rest I load a round, eyeball the target an squeeze the trigger, CLICK…
My ammo never goes click, it goes boom. I wait a minute, open the lever and the round doesn’t extract.

Oh man this is bad; the firing pin only dented the primer, which is a good thing, cause it was a 444 in the chamber. :o :o
