is there any load data out there for these lightweights.......its for my 22-250 36gr barnes varmint grenade

I dont know of any, though in the australian sporting shooters magazine, they said they contacted barnes and were given some figures, though i cant remember them off hand.
Maybe call barnes, or even base it on a 40gr load and be cautious about working them up as you would anyway

Yup, just use data for a standard cup/core 40-grainer. I'd suggest using Hornady or Sierra bullet data, as both have similarly thin jackets.
BTW, I hear very mixed opinions about the Grenades regarding accuracy. Just bear it in mind.

I use the 40 V-max's, and yes, they are grenades. Load ought to be close. I don't even run mine past 3500...
