Here's a great example of this excellent outfit's customer service.
I was getting my 350 Rem mag ready for my hunt next week and when dry firing I noticed that the new aftermarket trigger I got for my Rem 673 was not always staying cocked when I closed the bolt hard.
I called Midway the next morning and they sent me a new trigger via 2-day UPS...no charge. I'll get the new trigger tomorrow and be ready to head out to hunting camp on the weekend.
These guys are a pleasure to work with!

Midway gets the majority of my business. They now carry a full line of sporting goods also. There name is so regular on my credit card statement my wife no longer has to ask who they are.
Very pleased with Midway...excellent product availability and excellent service. I also like the availability of the "review comments" on products by customers with the rating system. I've found Midway's price plus shipping to be about equal to or slightly less than the sport shops I frequent.

I've been satisfied with Midway. Their website is certainly easier to navigate than Brownells.

I got a couple bum scopes from Midway, and Midway said to return them to the manufacturer, in both cases I received a better scope from the manufacturer. So I am very pleased with Leupold and Nikon in the matters, but I've ordered many other things from MidwayUSA and had great results.

I ordered all my reloading stuff (except powder and primers) and everything was excellent quality. No complaints here except I need more money to throw their way!

Midway is my "go to" store My dad and I have spent close to $1000 there this year, and I'd love to spend another $1000 but then I'd have to spend a lot more on a divorce. I also like the product review, throw out the best and the worst and you may have the correct review!

i have bought plenty from Midway over the past few years, They are one of the first places I look for anything, along with brownells, although I may be shopping more at Lock, stock and barrel, I was very impressed with the way they handled some questions I had regarding product availability and their prices were very good as well

I've been a Midway customer for over 20 years and I'm pleased with their service as far as reloading components and such things go. It's on my doorstep in 3 days regaurdless. I just wish they would have stuck with what they were good at because now I'm afraid they'll forget where their bread and buter comes from.

I like Midway overall, but have had a rifle barrel with a scored (looks like chamber reamer caught a chip) from them that they wouldn't take back nor replace. They gave me a little Midway money instead ($35? $50?) citing the fact that I had shot it once before telling them.
I still shop there, though they used to be a much better deal (for me anyway) years ago when their prices included shipping. I buy reloading tools there like dies and such, but primers, powder, bullets, ammunition, etc. are all way cheaper locally unless Midway's having a clearance of some kind.

I only buy products at an exceptional price or when I can't find what I want locally... I do try very hard to shop locally, but some merchants really don't want your business... they are just faceless associates in some dumbed down big box store...

Midway has been pretty good. Lately I notice the "Shipping Notifications" have been absent. I can log in and check "Order
History". But it too hasn't proven to provide an accurate ship date. 'Nuf complainin' ;) They just don't seem as good as in the past.
I still purchase more from Midway than anywhere else.

I've never had a bad experience with Midway. On only one occasion I've had to send something back, which was some brass that wasn't working out for me. Full refund, and as painless as it could have been. On another occasion, sending me alternate scope bases for a Steyr SBS after the first send wasn't correct, without charge. Midway is my first choice for product selection, and good customer service.
I forgot to mention that I order from Natchezss as much as or more than Midway. Even though shipping is usually slightly higher (they're much further from me than Midway is), I normally spend less overall when buying the same things from Natchez compared with Midway's "special pricing" like they had this weekend.

I too am quite pleased with Midway (about 5-6 orders over the past 18 months totaling about $800).

Another happy midway customer checking in. :)
I liked it back in the old days when shipping was free for orders over $25. :D

I've been doing alot of buying from these guys lately, and they are first class, have never had any problems whatsoever. Would not hessitate to highly recommend them to anyone........ Also, like someone said in an earlier reply, I'm tired of dealing with these clowns at the gun shows and some local gun stores , who have really bad attitudes, and most of them don't know what the **** they're even talking about, much less what they are trying to sell, which is usually way over-priced anyway.........

I order from them regularly but their shipping costs can get out of line. They just soaked me over $12 to send a no-go gauge.

Brownells has pretty decent shipping for things like that, small parts can come by parcel post for 4.95, and unless it is real big, they ship UPS for ~9.00

I have ordered from MidwayUSA once. I just get a Protector rear bag rest. Price was decent, but shipping was almost $13.00. High on the shipping, but, I had it in about 5 days. Will buy from them again. In fact, I need to order some SK rimfire ammo.

The big advantage with Midway is to wait and order several items at once to save on shipping charges.
Had my first disappointment today....wanted to order some Hornady .40 TAP ammo and it was out of stock, which I understand, but it also identified it as "no back order".
So I had to go elsewhere.

Hornady seems to be very behind with all their products for some reason, guess business is good

Doc,
I have noticed recently that a lot of ammo on several sites is "out of stock". It is not just Midway.
"out of stock" doesn't surprise me, but "no back order" for a standard cartridge really caught my attention. But if that means production supports the troops, so be it.

I've seen signs at all of the local stores that say no special pricing and limited availability on .223 and 9mm ammo.

Why "no backorder" for a cartridge, but the bullets are still available as reloading components though is what I cannot figure out. (I was looking at .357 mag ammo btw)

I've always "assumed" "no backorder" implied that they either didn't have any more on order (which would not be logical for .40 S&W) or they don't have an answer or unsatisfactory answer from the manufacturer for future delivery.
