We are reading Sam Fadala’s Complete Guide to Game Care and Cookery. This one is the 4th Edition.
I like Sam Fadala’s writing and this book fits right in with his style.
You have to hand it to Dr. Sam, hitting a rabbit with an arrow is pretty good stalking and shooting. Hitting a squirrel with an arrow is a little better trick. The recipes and the writing are pretty good.
