3 Shots at 600 Yards

Are you wanting a critique? Fair to middlin if it's a hunting rig. My ol ought six will do a cold barrel 3 shot group in the 4 inch range at 600. Shots 4 and 5 go on vacation just a little but not bad. If it's a comp gun, you're gonna come up short. Current 5 shot groups at 600 are coming in under an inch (think the record is under .8) with aggs running under 2 inches, again, that's five shot groups. All in all, not a bad group and even better if you were cuttin cross grain wind.

Yes it is a hunting rig and not one of it's better groups.. A lot of fog aand haze.. This rifle usualy shoots in the mid to high .3's MOA and the group is in the high 5's almost .6 MOA

looks dang good to me. Those holes are big..what are you shooting?

The steel is AR-500 and a bullet barley scratches it. What you are seeing is the paint being blown away..
I am shooting a 300 Win. Mag with 180 grain TSX

I'd give my left nut to shoot groups like that consistently... ok, not really... but I'd think about it.

I wish we had a 600 yard range just so I could try and do that... Our longest is 200.
