any one know what these are worth in slightly used condition without a scope?

A new Ultra will cost about $260, depends on when it was made, if before '99, I wouldn't buy it, H&R won't fit high pressure barrels to it (including a 243 barrel) due to the weaker heat treating process they used then. If it's got a good scope/rings on it, that's a plus.
