specs look ideal for a lever gun

I have had a few of the older S2s and still have a 2.5-7 that's on my son's gun

they worked fine, but the glass didn't wow me, thought the Monarchs were clearer for example

but if they are indeed better and I like the power range, 1.25-5 and it's compact and light, and price is around 330
