I need a couple of non-standard sizer dies for my RCBS Lube-a-Matic II sizer (.433 and .434). Does anyone know who can make custom sizes? Sizingdie.com (Stillwell) used to do it but his website reads that he is retired.

RCBS will make them for you. Look on their website to get the contact info. Also, Lyman sizing dies interchange with them, and if they are a standard size for Lyman then they could save you a lot of time and money. Was going to say check midwayusa.com, but a quick search came up empty there.

Have you thought about emailing and seeing if they happen to have any of them left in stock before they closed there doors.

Closed their doors? Am I missing something? Who?

Check out this link

Stillwell Tool & Die will modify your sizing die and make a new push rod for it fairly cheap. Much cheaper than RCBS, Lyman, or even Lee will make a one-off for you. Stillwell usually keeps a stock of RCBS/Lyman H&I dies in stock too. For Saeco, you must send in your die.

Please look at the upper right hand corner of the web page. Mr. Stilwell is retired.

Yep, I saw that after I posted. Tells you how long it's been since I was there. Too bad, it was a good place too.

Probably the next best (cheapest) bet is Lee. They will make a push through for around $30-$35 in the size you want. I prefer push-thru's for most of my bullets, especially rifle bullets. Give them a shot of spray case lube and snap on the GC. I still use a luber for lube. Nose first sizing eliminates any chance of bent bullets common to base first lubrisizers.

I've made up a sizing die that accepts easy-to-change inserts.

Contact Buckshot over at castboolits. He's one of the moderators and does a lot of machine work of this sort. If he can't help, he'll head you towards someone who will.

Real nice people over there...like most folks here and other web sites that share our interest.

Check out "Buffalo Arms Co.". They use the Lyman sizing die that is closest to the diameter you want and hone them out to your desired dimension for $39.00.

Their web site is "www.buffaloarms.com"
