this is my gun for just about everything except deer. I have killed deer with this gun but my 25-06 is just a little better at that job. Crows better watch-out.Q

What caliber you got yours in? I picked one up in a 223 last year but have only taken it out for sight in. I need to get to work on it because it showed some real potential that day at the range. I used a Nikon Buckmaster 4.5x14 scope on it and I need to put a scope on with some finer crosshairs. The Nikon was crude enough to cover bullet holes at 100 yards on 14 power. I guess I am just waiting for the funds to get a decent target scope on it. I would rather do it this way instead of blowing big money on a scope only to find out the rifle shoots like &%@$.

mine is a 22-250.I put a leopold 6x18 on top of it. The gun shots quite well with 39.5gns of H-380 and 55gn nosler bullets. They are heavy guns to carry. Q

Yes it is heavy! But from the truck to the bench...no big deal! I would consider using it on sets calling coyotes if it were a short walk , call , walk out to the truck and off to the next spot. I wouldn't want to carry it all day though.
