Just so I don't sound like a whiner, I'll mention that I got what I felt was a good deal out of Cabelas.

Needed a bandolier-style holster for a scoped handgun. Prices for a ballistic nylon unit seemed to hover between $50 and $80 at most places I looked.

Cabelas has an ambidextrous (I'm left handed) "Gunmate" unit for $30, so I decided to take a chance on it.

Came today, and I'm very pleased. Well made, good quality for the price, and fits as advertised. I'd recommend it.

Cabelas has quality equipment. I purchase a lot of my clothes through Cabelas because they are of the finest quality and they last. I have some Cabelas shirts that I have worn for six or seven years that look like new. I have ordered a lot of products from Cabelas and I have never been dissappointed.

cabelas has great products, at usually good prices. customer service is much better that the fishyproshop.

I was kinda of disappointed with my last order from Cabelas, the item was in stock when I ordered it, but I received my package with the item missing, and following a check of order status on their website, the item was backordered, but it had been deleted from my shipment. I wasn't billed for it, unfortunately I had to re-order the item. A quick call to their customer service and I got the item free of shipping charges, as I had actually been in their shipping buffer with my previous order. I wasn't obnoxious about it, I just asked. Still, they could have called or sent an email, I have one of their Credit Cards and a quick call would have really made things a lot better. I was making pepperoni sticks, and needed the kit, so I had the meat ground up and ready to go, but the package didn't have the mix, I was bummed. I finally got it a month later.
