Many a reloader has questioned with what he or she has built and the end outcome. The bullet is perhaps the final chapter in either a successful hunt or .....

bpettet@gci.net

now this fella has just began a new venture into offering to the "few" that demand the best a rifle can offer in a variety of calibers and or types ie...HV, FN.

He has a second shipment arriving soon but not with what I want to shoot with, the .338/200grn HV-in preparations for my spring grizz hunt. He stated he can place an order and get the bullets in a timely 4 wk. time frame- abit optimistic I think but what the heck!

There is the GS Custom Bullet website that is pretty definitive in its study of Gerards bullet(s).

About the only "premium" bullet I have not used and will certainly this spring if all goes well-it is only money.

I like a fine bullet and figured to share this opportunity with the forum here.

I had lunch with the GS Custom dealer today, as matter of fact. He's a good guy and is going into this as reasonably as one could hope too. I have several different bullets coming in on the second order.

alyeska338, I have chatted with Bryan a number of times via internet, did not know that he resided just a few short miles down river of me yrs. back-small world. Now in Palmer with a what you have considered to be a "reasonable" business-prices he's quoted is acceptable.

I too eagerly await the use of these mono's in the field.

Griz,
I didn't mean only "reasonable" prices, but with GS' supply train what it was, Bryan is doing everything in his power to make this work for buyers and to make this happen.

Patience is going to be a good thing to have and practice when ordering and receiving bullets from South Africa.

If you would like to try a few of what I've ordered, I'll be happy to pass some along to you. Of course, you'll have to disclose your favorite hunting and fishing spots to me, though.:D Just a pinpoint on a map is sufficient...

Just kidding. But, if you would like to try some 257, 7mm or 30 cal bullets in the weights I ordered, let me know.

thanks for the offer :)

A pinpoint eh? :) foodland, purely a prestine spot. Moose hunting is a tough one but it gets done, fishing for grayling is excellent! Predation is high so these bullets will "lock on" at some point in time.

comments on these GS bullets are about as good as it gets.
