Well, I am finally getting around to trying these out. I would like to kill a spring bear with them. I found only one load in the Load Swap section for these. Can anyone share any experience with these boolits in a 375 Winchester? The rifle is a 375 Marlin. Thanks for any help.

Good Morning Sir,
Not much in the way of data that can be had in respect to the 250 grain class bullets and the 375 Win. I tried to cook up a load for the 255 Barnes O in my gun, and the Barnes data is slim, and actually indicate powders that I consider a little too slow. I did try some with the 3031 from the Barnes manual, and I / they really didn't do very well. Way, way low at 100 yards, and they don't group worth a hoot. I think that they generated a barrel harmonics issue with my gun.
I have bought couple of additional manuals, because of my fondest for less than mainstream calibers, and I beleive I remember seeing some more data either in the Hogdon, or lyman books. I think the Lyman might be the place to go, because they do include cast bullets.
I think that AA1680 would be a interesting choice of powder, as it promises to give the best velocities, but my expirimentation with this powder hasn't been that great with lighter bullets, either. The culrpit likley again was barrel harmonics, they went way high in respect to velocity. Maybe using a heavy bullet might help out, and stands to reason that it would be a good middle point, but it might just be my gun, which is an oddball. Finding data for this combination is not something that I have been able to do, Accuratte gave me some data direct that was extremely conservative, and I haven't gotten back into working it up. My next choices would be Re7, or one or other of the 4198s.
Sounds like a task truly worthy of a dedicated handloader, but I would expect that if your expirience is anything like my own, it will take a high degree of trial and error, patience, and slow progression.
Good luck to you Sir,
Steve
