Bed liner?

Pretty darn original! I like it.

Was it something you were able to do or did you take the stock somewhere?

I did it myself. Alot of Alaskan guides are doning this now to weather proof their wooden stocks.

It works very good. Especially if you have a stock that you would just rather not refinish. Once its cured the only way to remove it is by grinding it off as bedliner is made to be impervious to all oils and fuels.

Great idea, where did you get the bed liner? My wood stock is a real plain jane in the eye candy department and it's starting to get some nicks and dings. Is it really as hard as you say?

I did my guide gun the same way, I slimmed down the forearm, installed a grind to fit limbsaver

I like that. Looks good with the stainless metal.

How did the checkering show up, or is the bedliner thin enough to show the cherkering? Thanks.

I got an aerosole can of the spray on bedliner at napa a few weeks back and did my 10/22. I think this must be what he used as its fairly thin. took about 4 lite coats.
