I now have 4 handloads that work excellent out of this little carbine. All are one ragged hole at 25 yards with stock open iron sights! Nothing screaming but loads that would work out of my Colt New Frontiers. Velocities are in the 1050-1150 fps range which is plenty for most things. Universal Clays,Unique, W-231 and now 2400 behind a LSWC .452" . Mr. Miller helped me out alot and I have swapped out that mainspring for the old leaf spring while disconnecting the tang safety.
