I recently purchased a Ruger M77 chambered in 6mm Rem from a buddy. Its a heavy barreled gun, shoots excellent, and is deadly accurate. I have only one quirk with it. When shot the muzzle always jumps left. I never owned a gun that has any kind of linear jump and was wondering if it was possibly a flaw in the gun or if not what could be done to correct it. I've been told a muzzle brake, but would not like to go that far if it is not nesseccary. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
