I fired off emails to all my reps voicing my opposition for the bill in AZ.

They all assured me they would vote against it. :rolleyes: Somehow I don't feel all warm and fuzzy inside just yet. Our elected representatives no longer seem to have our best interests at the top of their lists. :mad:

This is a good reason to get all shooters, hunters, gun owners and reloaders out to vote. We have to keep the fools and idiots out of office and elect sensible folks. All the best...

Not to hijack the thread, but I honestly don't think politicians care what people think anymore.

How long has GWB's approval rating been in the 30's?

Not all democrats are stupid but only democrats come up with such stupid proposals.

I don't know about that... the so called Patriot Act is about the most glaring example of government out-of-control and government suppressing our rights than any measure I have ever seen. More liberties have been surrepticiously taken away under the current us gov than since the civil war, and it is astonishing to study history and see the array of liberties that were taken away then! ...I am a big proponent of individual rights and the right to bear arms. More rights and liberties have been eroded under current regime and those guys have "R" next to their names.

As a reloader I oppose any politician regardless of party who votes to suppress any of my civil liberties and certainly my ability to reload.
