I'm new around here (since late 2007) and don't know how things run, but I haven't been able to call or get a return email from BTB for 3 weeks now. Is this vacation time, after hunting season and all? Makes sense, but I just don't know. :confused:
I'm not upset or anything; I just need to check on an order and perhaps make a change to the order after asking a question or two. My order was placed via internet 1/29 and I got the email confirmation, but nothing since then. Help a new customer out.

Did you try to call 1-888-423-2786? If not, try that number. I usually reach Marshall best via phone.

Finally got Marshall on the phone, and yes they're busy and behind some. He's working on orders that were received 3rd week of January.

I also talked with Marshal today. It was the first time I had spoken to him. Very nice fellow offered much more information than I asked for, the kind of guy I could sit around a shoot the S--- for hours. I hope they catch up soon, so I can order more.

I ordered 9 boxes of bullets from them a while back and was getting a little concerned before they finally arrived. I still haven't gotten to load any of them yet but from all accounts I've read on here they are well worth waiting for!
I have been visiting on another forum where the members are trying to find custom molds because their rifle bores are a little over standard. It seems that a 45 cal bullet sized .460 isn't large enough, so I refered them to Marshal, I think he can help.
