I have a special project that I have been working on for my model 92.

I would really like to run by my project with someone, and just get some feedback and advice on what I am doing. The project, I think, is really interesting and it involves using specially designed brass cartridges for practice shooting (similiar to how cowboy action shooters shoot wax bullets out of their pistols).

To make the special cartridges last a long time, I need to have the extractor modified so that it does not dig in and deform the brass rims.

Frankly, I don't understand what you are trying to achieve, and I don't intend to send you an e-mail. Perhaps you could summarize what you are trying to do so that I (we) could understand your concept a bit better?
