got a 30/30 94 leveraction 1979 nickel plated (47285xx)
but i can not find any info on thise rifle
how many are made and what the value is etc.

My guess is that it is not a factory nickel plating. Looks to be an after market add-on.

I gotta agree with JBledsoe. Unless there is a stamped name on the upper tang, barrel markings other than normal, or the serial number is less than 7 digits and has a letter code, it's not likely a commemorative.

Nickel plating was/is a very popular choice in refinishing the "scintered steel" receivers of the post '64s when the original finish starts to go south.
