I'm not selling this, don't work for the seller, or anything like that. I was looking for a .358 Win BLR in PG form, and emailed Able Ammo of Huntsville, TX. I've never traded with them, but the response to my email may be of some interest to the folks on this board. I apologize if this is a feaux pas in posting, but this is something that somebody here may be interested in. Here's the email:

Thank you for your inquiry. We are currently not taking back orders on the BLR in 358 win models because we do not have an ETA on their release for restocking. I do however have a BLR lightweight takedown in 358 win (MFG # 034011120) here at the store that you may be interested in. I only have this one because a customer ordered it and backed out right at the end. It is actually a more expensive model and I would be glad to sell it as the same price as the one you were looking at. If you are interested I would be glad to take a deposit and hold it for you. The stock number of this rifle is for a takedown '81 model (later confirmed via telephone with the author. The price for this was $650. Pretty dang low for a brand new BLR. If you want additional information PM me. If this post should be moved to the Swap, no worries, but this is a very lever-specific post so I thought the folks here would benefit.
Again, I turned the guy down because I want a regular PG and I'm not going to spend that much money on anything other than what I'm looking for, good deal or not. Hope someone finds this information useful.
