I put a Lyman on my Rossi 92. Took a little doing, but it works pretty well. I dont recall the model #, and I dont have any pictures.

howevever, if you'll email me a reminder at shane(dot)white@tac(dot)com, I'll try and take a couple pics and send them to you.

For a short quick handling '92 I believe that you will like a receiver sight far better than a tang sight. While the Marbles tang is a wonderful piece of machinery, and I enjoy one on my 1895, it seems to snag on everything on a shorter gun.

Regarding receiver sights the Lyman sights are steel while the Williams are aluminum. Don't let that be a factor though, the Williams have proven extremely reliable over the last 60 years or so. I have used several and don't hesitate to recommend them. View and compare all below.

For tang sights go here:http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/store/ProductDetail.aspx?p=23409&title=PEEP%20TANG%20SIGHT%20WITH%20INTERCHANGEABLE %20POSTS%20-%20V-W

That changes things. Check with Marble's on their tang sight. I believe that some of their sights use the original holes in the tang and subsitute longer screws for attachment.
