I was looking for a scope for my Taurus 8 3/8" .454 casull. What am I looking for at about $300.00? Any suggestions im new to this.

Most of the bigger scope makers have handgun scopes in that price range and Taurus has scope mounting bases and rings for some of their guns. I'd check out Leupold and Burris for a couple of handgun scope makers.
