Once upon a time in my youth, I used to dabble in leatherwork, making purses, tooling leather, etc. -- made a fairly decent holster for my dad's M1911 .45 IMHO. But I lost interest because it cost too much to have the "scrap" leather you need to practice on/with.
Bottom line is I'm not interested in do-it-yourself leatherwork any more. I have seen a few leather craftsmen who advertise lever wraps for M1866s and M1873s but none for the 94s, which of course is what I have. I emailed one of the craftsmen who replied that the lever of the 92 is more rounded than that on the earlier models -- so the wraps for them won't fit the 92.
Does anyone know of someone who offers a wrap for a M92 Rossi?
