think I should trade off the sr9 for the eagle or just keep what I'v got? does anyone know any of the pros and cons of the eagals? thanks for the help

I had a baby eagle in the 40 cal. I liked it alot. Never had any problems with it through about 3000 rounds. Sold it dirty and scrathed for the same price I paid for it new. :D:D

My preference would be the Baby Eagle. I have the Tanfoglio TZ-75 which is the same frame and inner workings as the Baby Eagle, and have never had a bobble no matter which barrel and slide I use. .41 Action Express, 9 mm, 40 S&W, and .357 Sig. The Baby Eagle, the FIE TZ-75 The EAA Whitness, and the Excam TA-90 will all accept the same slide and barrel combo's as well as the mags. They are all Italian made versions of The CZ-75's, and are hard to beat for reliability and quality of workmanship.
Added Note: I do prefer the finish on the Tanfoglio models over my CZ's, but they all feel the same in the hand, and so far the finish on the CZ's are showing very little signs of wear.

actually the baby eagle is made in israel but its nice to know that all those barrel/mag combos will work with it

I beleive the major parts are imported from Italy and assembled in Israel. I know that the slide and barrel from my TZ 75 went right on to the frame of one of my friends Baby Eagle.

heh, it is possible, however i think its more likely that they just copied the design like they did with the ak47 (imi galil)
