Went to the pit he other day to shoot and came accross a ton of 223 brass. It seems to be fine, Its dark green, Either mil spec or its been there a little while. I would think a good cleaning and a tumble and they'd be good as new. Also found a few handfuls of nickel 44 mag and nickel 45acp. If anybody wants any of this stuff just pay shipping. I hate to see it go to waste.

Sounds like it might be Wolf brand 223 cases. They can't be reloaded. The 44 and 45 stuff is reusable.

The late Wolf 223 is boxer primed but steel cased. Some people report good results with steel cases but they wont work in my small base 223 die. The green cases are painted and the grey cases are polymer coated.
