Anybody have ballpark figure on what a Savage 99 ( 300 savage) manufactured in 1941 in very good condition is worth? also mounted with a 4x32 bushnell scope.

I'm not sure how many used 300 Savage rifles become collector toys or hunting tools. My guess is that your rifle would sell fairly quickly at $350. - $395. Gunbroker.com is a good site to study for current rifle listings, number of bids, etc.

I thought Savage shut down their sporting rifles altogether during WW2 to support military contracts. Savage produced aircraft machine guns and a number of other firearms as well.
