I just bought this scope- Optics seem nice, but the adjustments are strange. There are 3 hex head screws on the rim of the adjustment heads instesd of the usual straight slot on top. To loose, and nothing happens. To tight, and they are eratic to turn one way. Help if you can,

One of my scopes has the same set up. The three hex screws are used to loosen the knob to set it back to zero after sighting in. After zeroing your rifle, loosen the three screws slightly. Turn the knob to bring the zero back to the center mark. As you move the knob make sure it doesn't "CLICK". If it clicks, turn it back one click and loosen the hex screws some more. After turning the knob back to Zero, retighten the screws and make sure the knob clicks as you turn it.
