I was reading Mr Waters' comments on the 7mm-08 in his Pet Loads this morning. He speaks highly of H205.
I don't see this powder on my local stores shelves.
Do you suppose it's marketed under another name?

My gut tells me that it's obsolete.

Long gone. It was very likely the Hodgdon label of WW785, a powder that was discontinued because of erratic performance in certain high-intensity, low expansion ratio rounds (the 243 being just one prime example).

I was thinking along the lines of it being a discontinued W-W powder.

I've still got a couple cans of that stuff, which I bought for my 30-06. It left the bore real dirty and made cleaning a mess. I don't miss it.
