It was about 95 degrees today. I got out a little this morning for some yard work but I stayed inside the rest of the day just keeping cool. I loaded a test of the 250 gr LFNGC over 13.6 grs of AA#5 and I have to say they were the best looking round I have loaded for the 44 mag so far. I used all the ideas I have gathered from all you folks and with a uniform length trimmed with the Wilson and a perfect flare with the M die and a perfect crimp with the Redding Profile Crimp Die, I think I have just about a perfect round for the 44 lever.

To celebrate I put some deer roasts on the Weber Kettle for BBQ and they are just about perfect too.

It is some kinda satisfying to have the know how and the results of that know how come to culmination in a fine meal.

What else could you do that would be better on a hot June day in the South?
