This is my first post. I'm new to this forum and hunting in general. Last year was my first deer season. It only took one time out in the woods, and I was hooked. Now I'm addicted to the Outdoor channel and everything hunting and rifle related. I record all the deer hunting shows and watch them everyday. I'm looking for any hunters in my area that would like to teach me the ropes. I figure that it's worth a shot. Thanks for any feedback you can give me------Chris

Glad to see a new hunter join in. I've been shooting and hunting since I was 8 years old and now at 61 still love the outdoors. I'm a little West of you by about 3000 miles here in Idaho so can't help you out much other than to encourage you to join our discussions. Lots of great folks here that love to talk about their sport.

So you got bit by the bug. Good times ahead for you. Just remember that there is a fine line between hunting and sitting in a tree looking stupid. I am also a Tampon if you will, but I hunt mostly in Alabama, and Texas.
